Emotional Intelligence(EQ) of the Leadership trait
EQ has a great influence on leadership, and high EQ leaders like to start from influence. Because the influence of a leader on subordinates, determines the team's fighting force and cohesion.
Five elements of EQ Leadership:
Self Awareness: in any case, individuals should be able to calmly evaluate and reflect on their temperament, temper, emotion, and mental state. Self consciousness requires the parties to have confidence in yourself, this confidence is built on a solid foundation of knowledge and experience, not overbearing.
Self Management/control: self-awareness is the foundation of self management or self discipline. The core of self management is under the high pressure of work, study and life, when personal emotion suddenly erupts, can quickly adjust the state of mind, resume normal state as soon as possible, grasp oneself. This type of people can have a better psychological resistance to the pressure in the market environment and the organizational environment.
Self Motivation: self motivation, sustained passion for work, is an important part of Eq. It can transform the work pressure and life pressure into the motive force of work and life, and establish a good foundation for the success of the cause and the beauty of life.
Empathy: empathy is a kind of ability to understand the other's inner feelings objectively through language or nonverbal communication. In multinational cultural management, empathy managers have a natural sensitivity to diversity culture.
Social Skills: the last ability of emotional intelligence is the ability of social communication that we are familiar with. It is a ability to quickly build friendship, friendship and trust between people. This kind of communication research ability has very important social value, and it is also helpful to the internationalization of enterprises, the innovation and change of enterprises, and the establishment of a new corporate culture.
