The New 21st Century Leaders
After reading
this article on The New 21st Century Leaders, my feeling and
thinkings are as follows:
Excellent
leadership is needed around the world, especially in countries like New Zealand
that are growing fast. How can it be used in New Zealand?
Does the company
of the camp train more excellent leaders? Are there any experiences that allow
them to grow faster? If you want to be an excellent person
Show managers,
what lessons do they need to learn? Is it possible for us to become the new
leader of New Zealand in twenty-first Century?
*My friends and
I have interviewed and summarized the articles and topics, and discussed and
summarized leadership:
Most of the
respondents mentioned that challenging tasks had a sustained and important
impact on their leadership development. Only a small proportion of respondents
mentioned the importance of school education and training in fostering
leadership.
2.Mistakes and failures are the main drivers of
leadership development.
More than 1/4 of
the respondents believed that mistakes in work or life and the failure of the
encounter were an important way to develop leadership. These events made them
learn something very heavy
Experience, such
as establishing systems and systems, implementing and operating, and
communicating.
3.The experience of managing values and communication
is very important.
In the
respondents learned about leadership development experience, referred to the
highest frequency is related to the values of management experience, followed
by communication, which shows that in the training of business leaders should
pay special attention to the values of management and communication of the two
aspects.
